BEAT are holding and attending events throughout the year to provide energy training and support to community centres across West Yorkshire and rural areas of the South Pennines. - Title: Green Communities Energy Training
- Venue: The Anchor Project, St Clements Church, 294a Barkerend Road, Bradford, BD3 9DF
- Description: BEAT are working in partnership with the Energy Saving Trust, Green Communities team, to deliver a one day training course in Bradford on energy within your community centre. The course will show you how to monitor your energy use, and identify potential savings which you can make. This course is free for Green Communities members (membership is free, please contact BEAT for more details or click on the links below).

- Venue: Todmorden Methodist Church, Union Street, Todmorden, OL14 5AW
- Description: BEAT will provide a half day workshop to help you save energy and save money. The course will go through the process of managing your energy consumption - we will show you how to understand your meters and bills, how to undertake an energy audit (including how to save energy through heating, lighting and equipment), provide an energy surgery for any of your energy problems, and explain sources of funding / further support available. This course is free and those who attend may be eligible for further support, including a free audit. Please contact BEAT for more information or to book.
